Meet Jenna Sawyer, owner of Bobcaygeon Flower Company
How long have you owned your business?
I have owned the business since June 2021.
What was the inspiration to start your business?
I have had the passion for flowers and anything revolving around design since I can remember. I love letting my imagination run wild and in turn having people enjoy the beauty that comes from it.
What is your favourite part of being a small business owner?
I love being able to share my design and creativity with those around me. Being a business owner, the sky is the limit in regards to what you can branch out with and I love being able to do what I do best each and every day.
What do you wish people knew about your business?
I wish people knew how much hard work and perseverance it takes behind the scenes.
Who is your greatest supporter?
My greatest supporter would be my parents. They have owned their own business for years and they continue to set a great example for me in every aspect of life including my business.
What are you most proud of about your business?
I am most proud of how hard I have worked to be where I am today and have my vision come to life.
Describe yourself or your business in one or two words?
If I had to describe the business in one word it would be fresh. We are taking on a new fresh modern spin on the floral industry. I love being the unique one in the group and we are just that.
